How we work Four stages Index 03

Four stages, no surprises.

A project with us moves in a fixed order. You always know which stage you are in, what it will cost, and what happens next.

Technical discovery

Understand the product, constraints, codebase, and goals.

We do

Read the architecture, the code and the infrastructure, and talk to the people closest to them.

We need from you

Repository and environment access, a technical contact, and a candid account of what hurts.

You receive

A written assessment of the system, its risks, and the realistic options.

Scope and estimate

Break the work into technical workstreams and provide estimated hours and budget.

We do

Define workstreams, sequence and dependencies, and recommend the engagement format that fits.

We need from you

Priorities, deadlines and the boundaries of the budget.

You receive

An estimate you can read in one sitting: hours, budget ranges and approval checkpoints.

Delivery

Engineering is delivered incrementally with regular visibility into progress and hours.

We do

Ship in small, reviewable increments inside your tools, and report progress and hours on a regular rhythm.

We need from you

A reachable decision-maker and timely review.

You receive

Working software, honest progress reports, and a conversation before any budget moves.

Handover or continuation

Continue as an engineering partner or hand over cleanly to the internal team.

We do

Document, walk through and transfer what we built, or plan the next phase together.

We need from you

Your decision on which path suits the team.

You receive

Documentation, runbooks and walkthroughs, or a continuing arrangement with reserved capacity.

Working agreements

Hours, visible.

Estimates, in writing.

Approval, before budgets move.

Direct line

You speak with the engineers doing the work, supported by senior technical oversight.

Your tools

We work inside your repositories, tickets and channels, and expect our work to be reviewed like anyone else’s.

Clean exits

Handover is part of the work, not an extra. You are never locked in.

Questions

Before you write.

Can you work alongside our existing team?

Yes. We work inside your repositories, ticketing and communication tools, and expect our work to be reviewed like anyone else’s.

What happens if the scope changes?

On time-and-materials work, scope can move freely and you see the hours. On milestone work, a change is re-estimated and approved before it begins.

Can you work behind our agency’s brand?

Yes. White-label support is one of our engagement formats. We work under your name and to your standards.

How does handover work?

Documentation, runbooks and walkthroughs are part of the work. If you would rather continue together, reserved capacity is available.

Ready for the first conversation?

Tell us what you’re building, what’s blocked, and where you need help.
